Some __EOF__ commands does not work in certain environments, this commit replace them with echo commands which are safer.

VM.run_test() was responsible of running local tests, designed to be executed on host. The responsability has been transfered to ActionableArchPackage class because this need is shared by all supported packages formats. The VM class is now only responsible to provide the dict of shell functions with utilities to handle the VM in the tests.
Add possibility to generate fake packages with arbitrary number of tests, either local or not.
Similarly to local tests, it is now possible to add markers in test headers to restrict the test to one or multiple package formats.

Rift now supports static analysis of Containerfile by calling hadolint linter. This includes rift check command, rift gerrit command and automatic check on validation.
