Incomplete title in new books

Currently https://doc.rust-lang.org/nightly/book/ (as well as Rustonomicon and Reference) display quiet incomplete titles:

<title>Introduction - </title>

The old stable book displayed "The Rust Programming Language" title for the first Introduction chapter and chapter names for the rest of them.

This might be related to #445... and is probably an mdbook bug
