`git2` was listed as a full dep as well as a build dep, but it turns out it wasn't being used in the crate proper, so i took this chance to remove it from the main dependencies list

Now that
crates-index-diffwas updated to use a newergit2, we can updatecargoto the most recent. I also had to update our owngit2build dependency, but it didn't need an actual code change. I also spotted it in our main dependencies, but i didn't see it being used in the crate proper, so i took it out of the main dependencies list.
