highfive doesn't warn on old-released pulls #169

Description

I don't know if this is the right place for this issue

pulls against beta branches get warning messages to confirm that the pull is against the right place. but the equivalent back-pull against stable didn't generate one.

i don't know if it's possible or warranted to generate such a warning?

The warning also appears to PRs to the stable branch, it's just that highfive spuriously failed to process that PR at all (if you notice it didn't apply the label or assign a reviewer).
