print icon does not work

Ordinarily with mdbook output, you can click a little printer icon in the top right to get a "print view" with everything on one page. However, on the current reference, this icon doesn't work. Other mdbook docs (Cargo book, TRPL 2e) have a working print icon, so i suspect there's something wacky going on with the banner we have here.
