timeout value in stmt_alt_port.alt_port_else #143

Currently it is an lval, shouldn't it be an atom so as to allow simple literals?

(i.e. a timeout of just 5 seconds, not something dependent on an lvalue)

It appears you've fixed this in the AST. Closed by b1c86be.
