These impls enable the following simplification in macro code written without quasi-quoting (#54722):

  let mut stream = TokenStream::new();
- stream.extend([TokenTree::Literal(Literal::i32_suffixed(0))]);
+ stream.extend([Literal::i32_suffixed(0)]);
