I also capitalised "The Standard Library" and neatened a few bits of grammar. Also fixed: `#[main]` inside one of the error descriptions.

I also capitalised "The Standard Library" and neatened a few bits of grammar. Also fixed: `#[main]` inside one of the error descriptions.
