Hopefully, this works...it sucks that we cannot manually start GitHub Action 🤷

so true! I'm sure GitHub will eventually get there, but right now I feel like the two biggest feature gaps are on-demand triggers for workflows and an explicit "allow failures" option on matrix jobs
