Commits with sign off are flagged as mentions

Rustbot incorrectly flags commits with a sign off at the end as having mentions to GitHub usernames (the @ is present in the committer's email address). See rust-lang/rust-analyzer#19568 or rust-lang/rust-analyzer#19569

Fixed it - we were checking for letters before the @ symbol, but not numbers:
