The second one may be because the tool is not listed in one of the $ADD line in write-dockerfile.sh. (reminds me of #39363 (comment) )

An issue in CI Linux similar to the first one is fixed in #39729 (previous #39009).

Saw this error again in https://github.com/sagemath/sage/actions/runs/14334054604/job/40176513554?pr=39909#step:14:16 .

Isn't this one just because the new doesn't modify the log file name compared to the all one?
