It hasn't been maintained and contains outdated information about Scala 2 interop, the rest of it isn't very useful and potentially confusing (who wants to run dotc by hand?) In general, I would like to centralize all information on http://dotty.epfl.ch/docs/. This would limit the maintainance burden and hopefully make it easier for users to find what they're looking for.
We don't use it anymore.
