Mill is now claiming
.millfiles as its own, to avoid the confusion with the Ammonite and Scala CLI.scfiles. These are still Scala files, and should have Scala syntax support.Related to com-lihaoyi/mill#3426, scalameta/metals#6752, JetBrains/intellij-scala#666
