Annotation Download: specify tracing version per layer #5925
Description
Currently, the optional fields for the annotation download request volumeVersion and skeletonVersion do not match the new annotation layer concept. It should be possible to specify the desired version per annotation layer.
Currently, if there is more than one volume layer, the passed version is used for both (though their version numbers usually have differing semantics)
