Properly remove the advanced view from the dataset settings data tab (currently just hidden with css)

#8844 just adds "display:none" there. The whole syncing between the tabs could be removed.

In place of the current simple/advanced toggle, it might be nice to add a link to the raw api/datasets/<id> route for superusers so we can inspect datasets quickly and without having to memorize the route.
