Always ask confirmation before overwriting a configuration

### Description

It could be helpful to show case a diff and ask confirmation before any writing to the configuration.

### How I imagine scw could expose this functionality

When editing an alias, or adding a profile, either writing to (cli.yaml or config.yaml) it would be helpful to show case a diff and asking human confirmation.
