The "cpu-render.html" test playground doesn't work

Expected Behavior

The "cpu-render.html" page, used for debugging the CPU-side rendering pipeline used for "touching" queries, should work properly.

Actual Behavior

It fails to load any projects, because there is no V2 bitmap adapter attached to the VM, which is mandatory.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build scratch-render
2. Open test/integration/cpu-render.html in any web browser
3. Note the error: uncaught exception: No V2 Bitmap adapter present.
