CJK rendering unreadable on Windows (Traditional Chinese) in the location bar

The rendering in the URL bar is not legible, while that in the suggestions are slightly better.

The default font for CJK on Windows (Traditional Chinese) is PMingLiU, and the strokes are really thin. On low font sizes, Firefox/WebRender should fall back to using the embedded bitmaps.
