pathname is null. indexOf fails

Hi,

there is an issue which Streamie ran into. (albeit only once in its history).

In version 0.5.3 listener.js line 72 there is an indexOf statement. path was null and thus node bailed with an exception. Maybe a null check would be good although it is hard to imagine how path should ever be null.

This is fixed in master. It happens for example if you make a GET request through telnet without passing the /.
