Assert compatibility with Cassandra 4.0

Run tests against Cassandra 4.0.

Current state:

• SASI indexes need to be enabled via cassandra.yaml
• Increase some of the timeouts. 500ms doesn't seem to be sufficient, otherwise, SASI tests start before the index is created and the query returns without a response (0 out of 1 replicas replied …).
• Driver requires explicit configuration in a lot of places (https://datastax-oss.atlassian.net/browse/JAVA-2936)

Cassandra 4.0 not available yet.

Compatibility verified. Upgrading cassandra-all to 4.0.0 requires a few changes and pretty often the server doesn't come up properly. Requires follow-up in a separate ticket.
