Polish KafkaHeaders Constants

Move to less verbose constant names (values must stay the same).

MESSAGE_KEY -> KEY
PARTITION_ID -> PARTITION

(and RECEIVED_* versions of those).

Deprecate the old ones and remove in 3.0.
