Docs are using io.spring.docresources:spring-doc-resources which will not work after repo.spring.io disables anonymous access(which is currently happening with brownout day). We were hoping to get antora migration done before anon access is removed but that is not going to happen in time so need to take this workaround.

- Use io.spring.asciidoctor.backends:spring-asciidoctor-backends:0.0.5
- As this relates to anon repo access, use ge conventions from
public repos and fix some other used repos.
- Backport #722
- Fixes #724
