Addresses #2945

Changes

Introduce an autocompact boolean to opencode.json that defaults to true.
It makes the functionality of OPENCODE_DISABLE_AUTOCOMPACT more accessible.

Implementation is inspired by implementation of autoupdate boolean.

Interesting PR ... from your experience how does opencode perform once we hit 100% of the CTX window?
Will it just for get the ctx from the beginning or will it error out (based on the provider/LLM used it may try to feed more ctx as aloowed)?
