Async Windows stream support

I accidentally pushed the async-windows commit to your repo instead of making a PR, which I intended to do.

Nevertheless, can you please review my changes and maybe release a new version to crates.io?

I finally had a chance to review this, thanks for your work and your patience.

Considering this was already pushed to main (thanks for noting that this was an accidental push), I made some changes and updated the main branch to unbreak macOS. Can you confirm this still works for you on Windows? In particular, I made the stream_windows module and the get_grab_result_wait_object function no longer public. I think does not include any breaking changes, so I would release this as 0.4.4 before deeply considering the changes proposed in #23 which do change the API (not necessarily a bad thing).

I checked the code on windows and added a PR with a windows fix and also linux when compiled without stream-feature.
