Document $$slots

As of #4602, $$slots as an object of trues for which slots are being passed into a component now exists, and needs to be documented.

I would suggest that we should specifically document this as containing _truthy_values (rather than literal trues) to allow us to expand the information contained in it at a later date without requiring a breaking change.
