Please note that the Svelte codebase is currently being rewritten for Svelte 5. Changes should target Svelte 5, which lives on the default branch (main).

the failure in ecosystem-ci is now different. the fail this solves was a type error, now it fails with mismatching snapshots (kind of expected, i'll skip the snapshot tests until output is more stable)
