Remove the tutorial's dependence on api.svelte.dev. Now it reads the filesystem, collects all data and renders that.
Because of this, we're able to use Shilki's syntax highlighting for the tutorial content as well, which, when the ```html are converted to ```svelte, will provide far better benefits
