The LSP API allows a boolean here:

	/**
	 * The server provides inlay hints.
	 *
	 * @since 3.17.0
	 */
	inlayHintProvider?: boolean | InlayHintOptions
		 | InlayHintRegistrationOptions;

Update our server capabilities to allow this.
