Looks like a transient problem connecting to the Ubuntu package archive. 6.0 passed on a re-run, but 6.2 failed again.

The 6.2 test uses focal and other tests on that Ubuntu release have passed so the package is still there - it must just be a problem with the archive. Retrying again.
