This PR updates the MAUI Toolkit User Guide by adding API links for Empty Points and Fast Scatter. These additions improve accessibility to relevant documentation, making it easier for developers to reference and implement these features.

Changes Made

  1. Added the API links for Fast Scatter and Empty Point UG documentation
  2. Modify the code snippet alignment.
  3. Updated the respective code snippets output images for both Empty Point and Fast Scatter UG
