This PR adds basic
<picture>styles that match what we're already doing for images. This includes:<picture>elementdisplay: block<picture>elementsmarginfrom<img>elements within<picture>elementsThis change fixes #144, where
<picture>elements had the wrong spacing within a<figure>element.
