Perfomance tests

Metrics hasn't harm Tarantool app perfomance a lot. Every new code should pass perf test, but we haven't those tests.
We could use @vanyarock01 perf tests, but we still have to implement those tests as a part of CI.

How's it going? I've met some performance drops on high quantile tolerance while implementing crud-metrics integration. It would be nice to know what summary is capable of.
