Tensorboard 2.16.2 seems to be broken on Safari again

I've seen the bug was raised and fixed in #5489 for Tensorboard 2.7. I am now facing the same issue that the safari is blank when opening Tensorboard, but chrome works fine.

Version of Tensorboard: 2.16.2

Version of Safari: 15.6.1 (17613.3.9.1.16)

Version of OS: 12.6 macOS Monterey

Hi, I tried to reproduce but it worked for me. Does the browser console or your command line terminal print any useful error messages? Also consider following the instructions on the bug template to provide some diagnostic information.
