Changed: - `logger.info()` -> `logger.warning()` to output a warning as it should if the .env file is missing.

Had to debug a program to have the same conclusion. Default level is warning, info will not be shown. As it's seems to take time to incorporate the change I recommend defaulting the logging levlel to INFO import logging
