Modified `Toast` component: adjusted max-width and description word wrap conditions. Renamed toast width theme value. Added hourglass icon. Fixed DepositDetails 'safe-to-close' toast render condition.

Fixed container spacing, remove redundant mint value, slowed down the speed of confetti animation
