The Description link is active outside of the linked text

Steps
Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/taas/myteams/createnewteam
Click select button in the 'select a role' box
Click anywhere below the role name(except the link Description) within the role tile

Current behavior
Description pop up is opening

Expected behavior
Better to set the hyperlink only to the linked text 'Description'
