In case of large submissions (larger than 300 MB or so), the OR throws an error when one tries to download such submissions. The only way to fix it is to contact support. This adds a few hours unnecessarily to the timeline - around 5-6 hours for almost every challenge.
Kindly look into this issue and fix it, as this has been going on for several months or years now.
