HTML5 SCSS GULP Boilerplate.

This is the deep refactoring of Jagath Jayakumar repo.

Changelog:

• Project is now supports ES6 (module).
• All libraries are up-to-date.
• Removed bootstrap (bootstrap 5 will be added later).
• Fontawesome included like js script
• Scripts are now in partial.
• Project build is now in different folder (/build) and all minifiers works correct.
• Added editor config for some codestyle.
