license issue

Hi ui-router Team,

ui-router core is licensed under MIT. The file @uirouter/core/_bundles/ui-router-core.js contains (at least in version 5.0.11) a code snippet taken over from stackoverflow (as stated by the author himself). The issue is that all work (e.g. code snippets taken over) derived from stackoverflow is licensed under CC-BY-SA 2.5 which is incompatible with MIT in various respects (e.g. copyleft, patent rights..).

I just saw that this is fixed already in more recent versions (#502)
