- the shopper cookie is only set after the first request, so the first-ever request will not have the random id
- /app/.well-known/vercel/webhooks/optimizely/route.ts should not be in .well-known technically
- the /[code] should be in /precomputed/[code] - this is an organizational thing i realized recently
- the getShopperFromHeaders function can call cookies() instead of manually parsing the cookie header
