The pinia tab keeps dissappearing, and when it's there, the states don't reflect to the actual state

https://github.com/dgloriaweb/dailydriver.info-frontend copy repo, run with the #VITE_APP_API_URL=https://budgeterapi.co.uk env variable, run npm run serve, open f12, check vue/pinia tab

What is expected?

Pinia tab should be there all the time, the user loggedin state should be correct

What is actually happening?

Pinia tab keeps dissappearing, and when runs, the state is not the same as when I console log the same
