Keydown Events not Working for Arrow Keys in IE11

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the input field
2. Press the arrow keys

What is expected?

The paragraph below the input field will display the last arrow key pressed (or "enter" for the enter key).

What is actually happening?

Only the enter key is recognized and displayed.

Problem occurs in both v2.5.15 (https://jsfiddle.net/bzcL72ry/1/) and v2.5.14 (https://jsfiddle.net/bzcL72ry/2/) when using IE11.

Works properly in v2.5.13 (https://jsfiddle.net/bzcL72ry/3/) when using IE11.

All versions work in Chrome and Firefox.
