Reviewing the checklist can be used to bootstrap initial content for the Accessibility Consideration of the spec:

I worked my way through the FAST Checklist but ended up with the following two potential items to address:

1. Accessibility features can be internationalized to the same degree as other features: Technologies that support internationalization must not overlook accessibility features. In particular for content alternatives, technologies should support including multiple language alternatives, language identification and changes within alternative content, text directionality identification, etc.
2. If the API relies on user agents to generate a user interface, the specification provides guidance about accessibility requirements needed to enable full interaction with the API: Content manipulated by an API is generally generated into a user interface. Technologies should provide guidance to ensure that user agents or dynamic content applications expose the full set of accessibility information available in the API.

The first item doesn't seem quite relevant because we're not currently defining any inputs that'd benefit from the flexility of localization support. I'm going to submit initial content for the Accessibility Considerations section focusing on the second item, to encourage user agents to keep accessibility in mind when handling requests to the DC API.
