My approval above notwithstanding, I see nothing wrong with thanking people for their generalized efforts as part of a group effort (the list of members of the WG) and acknowledging some of those for specific efforts that were above and beyond that generalized group effort (which list here includes myself, but that does not motivate this comment). |

Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the acknowledgements section of the specification to replace the general group references with a specific list of individual contributors and their affiliations.
- Replaces generic acknowledgement of working group participants with specific named individuals
- Removes reference to GitHub contributors link and general working group acknowledgements
- Adds detailed list of contributors with their organizational affiliations
