Project Abstract

iNEAT ERP represents a groundbreaking integration of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to revolutionize the cleaning services industry. This comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning system addresses critical inefficiencies in service delivery, payment processing, and quality assurance through the implementation of a custom Substrate parachain, AI-powered optimization algorithms, and decentralized identity management. By leveraging Polkadot's interoperability features and advanced machine learning capabilities, the system enables real-time service verification, automated cross-chain payments, and predictive analytics that drive operational excellence.

The project's innovative approach combines traditional ERP functionality with cutting-edge Web3 technology, creating a scalable framework that can be adapted for other service-based industries. Through the development of specialized smart contracts for service verification, AI models for route optimization and quality prediction, and seamless integration with Polkadot's ecosystem, iNEAT ERP demonstrates the practical value of blockchain technology in solving real-world business challenges. The system's modular architecture ensures easy deployment and customization, while its open-source nature contributes to the broader Polkadot ecosystem and enables community-driven innovation in the service industry.

Application Checklist

  • The application template has been copied and aptly renamed (project_name.md).
  • I have read the application guidelines.
  • Payment details have been provided (Polkadot AssetHub (USDC & DOT) address in the application and bank details via email, if applicable).
  • I understand that an agreed upon percentage of each milestone will be paid in vested DOT, to the Polkadot address listed in the application.
  • I am aware that, in order to receive a grant, I (and the entity I represent) have to successfully complete a KYC/KYB check.
  • The software delivered for this grant will be released under an open-source license specified in the application.
  • The initial PR contains only one commit (squash and force-push if needed).
  • The grant will only be announced once the first milestone has been accepted (see the announcement guidelines).
  • I prefer the discussion of this application to take place in a private Element/Matrix channel. My username is: @bollavarapu:matrix.org (change the homeserver if you use a different one)

Thanks for the application, and sorry for the delay. What is the core problem that you are trying to solve, and why do you need a blockchain for this? For example, if it's AI route optimization, I would recommend fully focusing on it initially, given that this alone is a very hard problem.
