Description

The problem might be from the issue that during the blockchain download, smithing activity is still running in the node. This will result a fork generated by the block smithed in the middle of the download blockchain process.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Etc ...

Expected behavior

Download blockchain downloads all the blocks from the peer node
