Bug: wrong colum name in pendingSignatureQuery rollback function

## Description
A typo in rollback funciton: need to change height into block_height

## Steps to reproduce
1. Run multiple nodes
2. wait until there is a fork to resolve
3. verify that the nodes panics

## Expected behavior
no panic, all good! :)
