Bug: Add Escrow part into transaction while broadcast event

Description

In last implementation RequestBlockTransactions did not include the ecrow part, Need to update this, get escrow by transaction id reference. It will get something we did not expect in the future.

Expected behavior

Include escrow part of the transaction
