Description

Save skipped blocksmiths

Breakdown

  • Save skipped blocksmith to database
  • Fix and register participation_query rollback
  • Add skipped blocksmiths
  • handle error in node registration build model

Test

  • run as usual, 3 nodes if possible to get many published receipt as fast as possible
  • run getBlockByHeight or getBlockByID for more extended information (skipped blocksmith, receipt score, pop change and total receipt)
