IgxDatePicker allows spinning to negative dates

Description

• igniteui-angular version: 8.x, 9.x

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to this sample or any sample with editable input.
2. Delete part of the year
3. Spin down
   ,

Result

The spinning goes below zero. Additionally, if you try to spin down the month part, you will eventually reach a state where it will keep appending NaN.

Expected result

I should not be able to spin below zero and there should be no NaN values once I spin the month part.
